• We strive to dispatch orders within the estimated time frame. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances or courier services are beyond our control.

• The plant shown in certain products is not included in courier shipments, but you can easily find a similar money plant in your surroundings.
• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra cost spent by The Wood Saga for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

• We shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation from The Wood Saga.
