Refund Policy

At The Wood Saga, we take pride in crafting personalized gifts with utmost care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict no refund policy, except in specific cases.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace or refund it after verification.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized Products: As these are made to order, refunds are not applicable for changes of mind.
  • Natural Wood Variation: No refund claims can be made based on the colour and texture of wood. The wood grain varies from product to product, making each piece unique. Colour variations may also occur due to screen calibration differences.
  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect and the order is returned, the customer must pay for reshipping.
  • Courier & Delivery Delays: We use third-party courier services for shipping. The Wood Saga is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Replacement Process

  • If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, email us at [thewoodsaga.tws@gmail.com] with your order ID and proof (photos/videos).
  • After verification, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days or process a replacement.
